UnderClassmen College Prospect Development Workout & Workshop For 8th to 10th Graders & Parents
Refine Your Habits. Elevate Your Game. Prepare for College-Level Impact.
This workshop is built for 8th to 10th graders who want to take the next step in their high school career and begin shaping themselves into legitimate college prospects.
This isn’t about hype.
This isn’t about comparing yourself to the crowd.
This is about refining the habits, skills, and intangibles that college coaches look for from REAL prospects starting freshman and sophomore year.
We help underclassmen:
- Understand where they stand NOW
- Identify the skill gaps that matter
- Learn what DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, and JUCO coaches evaluate
- Build the daily improvement habits that separate serious HS players
- Develop the identity of a high‑impact varsity contributor
- Create a long-term plan for becoming a college‑ready athlete
Why This Matters
Freshman and sophomore years are critical years for trajectory.
Many athletes lose ground by:
❌ Chasing exposure instead of development
❌ Playing too many games but not improving
❌ Following trends instead of building identity
❌ Not understanding the evaluation process
❌ Not developing leadership or accountability habits
This workshop puts athletes on the right path by focusing on the habits, decisions, and skill mastery that define successful upperclassmen and future recruits.
Build the foundational habits and skills that prepare underclassmen to become varsity standouts and future college prospects.
