The Rising Stars Program is designed for dedicated 5th and 6th grade players who are serious about improving their game and preparing for the next level of competition. This program focuses on helping young athletes build strong fundamentals, develop confidence, improve basketball IQ, and establish the work habits needed to succeed in middle school, high school, and beyond. Rising Stars is for players who are ready to move beyond recreational basketball and are looking for a structured training environment that challenges them to grow as athletes and competitors. Our goal is to help players: Develop elite basketball fundamentals. Improve ball handling, shooting, passing, defense, and finishing. Increase athleticism, speed, and agility. Build confidence and leadership skills. Learn how to compete and perform in game situations. Prepare for middle school teams, club basketball, and future high school success. This program creates the foundation necessary for long-term player development and helps athletes maximize their potential as they continue progressing through the Watts Basketball pathway. Academy Membership The Rising Stars Membership is our foundational academy training program and includes all training opportunities. If you are interested in adding tournament play, you can do so after registration through the member portal or by emailing [email protected] and having our staff add it for you. Tournament Add-On 4-month seasonal tournament schedule Cost: $315 total Schedule Classes are available Monday through Saturday at various times throughout the day, from morning to evening. Upon signup, you will have access to the most current class schedule and be able to reserve your spot in advance. Note: Class times are subject to change based on attendance. Reserving your space ahead of time is strongly recommended. How Your Monthly Membership Works Enrollment At signup, you'll pay: $405 Enrollment Fee $240 First Month's Membership Your enrollment fee includes: Your last month's membership payment Official Watts Basketball uniform Watts Basketball gear package At-home training equipment Comprehensive skills evaluation Individual development plan created with Coach Watts Monthly Membership After your first month: Membership is $240 per month Attend up to 20 classes per month Choose from a combination of: Skills training Competitive scrimmages Speed and agility training Position-specific development Basketball IQ instruction Membership Pause Option If you need to take a break, you may pause your membership for a small monthly maintenance fee while avoiding the regular $240 monthly payment. Benefits include: Keeping your place in the program Returning without paying a new enrollment fee Cancellation Policy If you cancel your membership and decide to return later, a new enrollment fee will be required.
